Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions according to client needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Perform gap analysis between standard SAP functionality and client requirements and propose viable solutions.

Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including cost centers, internal orders, profit center accounting, activity and overhead cost allocation, and product costing.

Develop and execute test scripts, perform unit testing, and coordinate system integration tests.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO operations.

Prepare and deliver training materials for end-users.

Maintain and update existing SAP FICO configurations as per changing business needs.

Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO developments and suggest improvements.

Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and user manuals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementations.

Deep knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities and their integration with other SAP modules ( SD, MM, PP).

Strong experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues.

Good understanding of financial and management accounting principles.

Proven ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

SAP certification in Cost Controlling would be a plus.

Willingness to travel as required by projects.

Auto and Auto parts Industry experience;

Accept business trips to Europe, US and other countries.

Base work location Shanghai.
