• 25+ years of experience in the IT industry. • 15+ years as a Project Manager / Service Manager; 3+ years as a Program Manager. • Bachelor’s degree (https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__B.Sc&d=DwIGaQ&c=euGZstcaTDllvimEN8b7jXrwqOf-v5A_CdpgnVfiiMM&r=uPVyrU0-wRkYMC7tELyR3Z2KXITAdfezxPfpSF43vug&m=mChRU8HIlwH2e2EPXsllllG_NwEAeQzLSvec_89LqFP7prMIiiHLLI2joKvUxXLt&s=qcopnZcD9u3V7pgBwMdXemcer1UoKPitSA7wUD2bQgI&e=. or B.A.). • Bank of America or Cisco past experience • PRINCE2 (or equivalent PM certification), Preferred – ITIL Foundation v3 Certification • Led large transformation programs with multiple workstreams and PM direct reports. • Able to produce automated executive dashboards and status reporting. • Strong customer facing and interpersonal communication skills. • Calm, level headed, positive “can do” approach under pressure. • Creative problem solver with customer focused, strategic thinking. • Fluent in English + business level proficiency in one: Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, or Portuguese. • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint. • Capable of multitasking independently in unstructured environments. • Strong leadership across global, multi timezone teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Comfortable operating under tight deadlines and high pressure scenarios. • Self starter effective in both team and independent roles. • Confident addressing senior leadership during critical incidents. • Experienced with formal change control processes. • Solid understanding of testing strategies and acceptance criteria. • Managed large teams of both technical and non technical consultants. • Able to deliver across diverse verticals and vendor ecosystems. • Preferred: ITIL Foundation v3, global security deployment experience, knowledge of security frameworks. • Proven delivery of large unified communications, managed services, and mobility solutions. • Background in service management delivery. • Works within the service provider organization’s PM framework and best practices. • Proactively resolves issues impacting scope, schedule, cost, or quality while managing shifting organizational and customer priorities. • Maintains formal project documentation and prepares executive level summaries. • Manages end to end service delivery for customer programs. • Directs architectural design, engineering activities, change control, and operational acceptance to ensure successful delivery. • Ensures timely delivery of required documentation and strong coordination with cross functional teams. • Develops and maintains project plans, migration plans, and risks/issues/actions logs; communicates status and actions broadly. • Provides daily direction to Security and Network teams in alignment with the project plan. • Facilitates forums for complex technical discussions; documents outcomes, minutes, actions, and distributes appropriately. • Demonstrates extensive experience delivering global security and/or network deployments. |
