Enable the team to efficiently manage and resolve incidents identified in the Production
environment to minimize business impact and maintain system stability.
· Ensure timely resolution of production issues to maintain customer trust and service
availability.
· Reduce downtime and prevent recurrence through root cause analysis and proactive
measures.
· Reduce the burden and time needed from the Dev team to address incidents so the Dev
team can focus on creating new features.
AI/LLM systems: Prompting & guardrails, RAG basics, model behavior drift awareness
Programming languages: Python
APIs & Integration: REST (GET/POST), auth, tokens, headers, payload validation
SQL/Data: Big Query SQL
Cloud (GCP): IAM basics, project/env navigation, service logs
Container envs: Kubernetes (Pods/deployments, resource limits), kubectl basics, Linux
CLI basics, and Docker
Streaming/messaging: Kafka, Flink
CI/CD:Git basics, config hygiene, Helm charts/values, ArgoCD (GitOps)
Incident Management: Service Now
Tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, Salesforce (MP360)
Roles & Responsibilities
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being organized and focused on the daily
objectives and long-term goals.
· Collaborate with multiple parties with the Humana team, other vendors and our TCS teams
efficiently and professionally.
· Comfortable with not having all the information and with new tools/apps to solve problems with a
detective spirit and sense of ownership and urgency.
· Demonstrate professional consulting/client facing demeanors in posing questions, offering
recommendations and focus on solutions.
· Passionate about AI work and willing to see the big picture of TCS' AI partnership with Humana,
not just pigeonholing on the daily tasks.
· Treat this position/job as responsibility-based, not a clock-in/out government job.
· Solution oriented despite difficulty to get all the information or right people to address incidents.
· Self-started and quick to learn and ask thoughtful questions without being reminded and
monitored on his/her progress.
· Preferably experienced in solving production incidents in a fast-paced environment.
