| Job Description: |
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or related field (or equivalent technical training); strong analytical skills required • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role supporting network projects/programs • Industry certifications such as PMP and ITIL strongly preferred; CCNA or other technical certifications are a plus • Experience with Change Management and CAB processes and procedures • Strong background in IT service delivery • Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, investment banking) is a plus • Ability to prioritize work, stay flexible, and adapt to shifting deadlines and issues • Ability to create meaningful data and reporting to support Change Management and Service Delivery • U.S. Citizen • Strong leadership qualities; self starter who is proactive and takes initiative • Execution focused with strong commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment • Strong decision making skills with the ability to assess and manage risk • Ability to understand and align work with the broader organizational strategy • Demonstrates ownership and accountability; able to professionally influence and hold others accountable • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence both upward and laterally • Highly organized and detail oriented • Strong technical acumen • Ability to collaborate effectively and partner with others to support shared initiatives |
