• Lead the development and growth of Webex with ATT solutions with a strategic and execution-focused mindset
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Webex with ATT offerings
• Drive feature prioritization using user feedback, market trends, and product analytics
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and third-party vendors to deliver high-impact products
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize user experience and product financials, including profitability
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in Webex, SaaS, or collaboration tools
• Deep understanding of hosted voice, UCaaS, and the Webex ecosystem
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Desired experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Experience with product analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI
• Experience with product management for web services and digital platforms
• Total experience required: 8–10 years
