Dev
• Required Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification
• Required Agentforce Specialist Certification
• Required 3-5 years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience with SalesForce Technologies Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles
• Required 1+ years of Salesforce Lightning web component development experience.
• Required 3-5 years of experience with Programming languages APEX, Core Java, Java Script.
• Required 3-5 years of experience working with tools Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader and ANT, AutoRABIT preferred.
• Required Experience in Agentforce building AI agents
• Required experience in Agile methodology with preferred experience in SAFe methodology
• Required good communication and collaborative skills
• Required experience working in onshore/offshore support model collaborating work with offshore teams.
• Preferred experience working with GitHub, RTC, automation tools.
• Preferred experience IVR Technologies like AYAYA, CISCO, Chatbot etc
Testing experience
• Test Plan and Test Cases will be written by Automation QA and will be uploaded in the RQM under the specific test plan.
Review the test cases and follow-up with QA for any clarifications.
• Test Data – Reference for Execution: Refer test data dumps and tools for base test data. Any specific additional test data – Follow-up with Train Lead
• Test Case Execution – Manual: Execute the test cases written by QA and uploaded in RQM
• Test Case Execution – Automation (if automated earlier): Execute the test cases and scripts written by QA which is uploaded in RQM and GitHub
• Defects identification, logging, prioritizing, and verifying fixes for bugs and inconsistencies during testing.
• Update the stories with the test results/screenshots with comments and assign to PO for testing. |
