Job Title: Solution Architect

Job Description:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
•  At least 12+ years of IT experience across architecture, requirements & design, development, testing, or application support.
•  4+ years of MSO/Telecommunications experience with strong functional and technical knowledge in enterprise BSS systems and solutions architecture.
•  Significant experience designing and evolving large scale, distributed systems in complex enterprise environments.
•  Strong expertise in cloud native architecture, microservices, APIs, and event driven systems.
•  Demonstrated ability to reason about architectural tradeoffs and align technical solutions with business needs.
•  Strong understanding of functional capabilities, workflows, and system constraints within Sales and Marketing technology ecosystems.
•  Ability to define and evolve end to end architecture for Sales and Marketing systems, including applications, services, integrations, and platforms.
•  Ability to establish architectural principles, standards, and reference patterns for consistent system design.
•  Experience collaborating with enterprise and solution architects to ensure alignment with overall architectural strategy.
•  Ability to identify efficient solution designs that minimize unnecessary customization, duplication, or complexity.
•  Skilled at helping teams evaluate when to extend existing capabilities vs. introducing new platforms or services.
•  Experience designing for scale, reliability, performance, resiliency, operational excellence, and security.
•  Strong support for API first and event driven architectural approaches.
•  Ability to translate business and product strategies into actionable architecture direction and technology roadmaps.
•  Experience evaluating emerging technologies through POCs and design assessments with pragmatic, value driven recommendations.
•  Ability to balance innovation with simplicity, cost efficiency, and long term maintainability.
•  Serves as a trusted technical partner to product managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders.
•  Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with peer architects to drive well reasoned architectural decisions.
•  Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex system designs to both technical and non technical audiences.
•  Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, CRM, or customer-facing platforms is a strong plus.
•  Plays a key role in ensuring Sales and Marketing platforms evolve in a scalable, deliberate, and business aligned manner.
•  Helps teams accelerate delivery by reducing architectural ambiguity, maximizing reuse, and ensuring sound technical and functional design.
