• Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) networks
• Knowledge of SCADA environments (required)
• Understanding of power generation environments
• Ability to conduct onsite assessments in utility or plant environments
• Experience in M&A due diligence and structured requirements gathering
• Ability to perform assessments using templates and formal data collection methods
• Experience integrating hardware and software from acquired entities
• Understanding of telco partner circuits and how they connect within enterprise/utility ecosystems
• Ability to propose integration solutions for as is/to be ecosystem transitions (NextEra ecosystem context)
• Strong experience in assessment, modernization, and integration activities in OT/SCADA domains
• Perform due diligence activities and requirements gathering onsite as part of M&A efforts
• Conduct onsite assessments of OT, SCADA, and power generation systems in the plant environment
• Evaluate the customer’s OT network, SCADA environment, and power generation systems for integration planning
• Assess hardware and software to be integrated or modernized as part of the acquisition
• Review telco partner circuits and determine how they fit into current and future architectures
• Prepare and deliver structured, template based assessment reports using standardized methods
• Develop and submit an integration proposal detailing requirements to bring the acquired plant into the NextEra ecosystem (as is/to be analysis) |
