| Job Description* | We are looking for an experienced SAP SD/OTC Consultant to support end-to-end sales and distribution processes within our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP SD, hands‑on configuration skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions. Key Responsibilities - Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and support core SAP SD modules:
- Order Management
- Pricing & Discounts
- Billing & Invoicing
- Shipping & Delivery
- Credit Management
- Availability Check (ATP)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, WM) for integrated processes.
- Execute system testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT).
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
- Document functional designs, process flows, and configuration.
- Participate in SAP rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Provide training and guidance to business users.
- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP) for custom developments (RICEFW).
Required Skills & Qualifications -
- 10 years of experience in SAP SD/OTC (implementation + support).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle
- Pricing procedures
- Delivery & shipment processing
- Billing, credit/debit memos
- Output determination
- Intercompany & third-party sales
- Experience with integration points: FI/CO, MM, PP.
- Strong understanding of SAP master data: Customer, Material, Pricing, Conditions.
- Ability to write functional specs for enhancements/interfaces.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
