Job Description:

Primary Skill:  Java application Production support/DEVOPS CI/CD

Primary Responsibilities (RUN-Focused)
The resource will be accountable for operational stability and support, including:
•       Monitoring system health and responding to production alerts and incidents
•       Frontline incident triage and resolution using ServiceNow
•       Participation in an established on-call rotation during business-critical periods
•       Weekly fix, maintenance, and patch testing and validation
•       Application and API certificate monitoring, renewal, and validation
•       Participation in disaster recovery (DR) testing and exercises
•       Coordination with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
•       Maintaining operational documentation and runbooks

Secondary Responsibilities (Build & Automation Support)
As operational stability allows, the engineer may also assist with:
•       Minor development tasks and automation scripting
•       Supporting and troubleshooting existing API integrations
•       CI/CD support activities under guidance (not pipeline ownership)
•       Configuration updates and deployment support
•       Supporting vendor-provided SaaS platforms in a hybrid build/run model

Required Skills and Experience (Must-Have)
•       1–3 years of experience in application engineering, software development, or DevOps
•       Demonstrated ability to support production applications with minimal oversight
•       Strong proficiency in incident
