Experience Required: 6-8 Years Skills: Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS)
Job Description: -Managing day to day IT Operations (End users devices). -Handling escalations. -Team Management Performance. -Handling customers laptopmobility issues. -Managing number of IT assets on customer location| based on ServiceNow database and physical stock rooms. -Managing laptop installations for asset replacement project. -Managing IT accessories delivery to end users (locally and by post services) -Resolve incidents and requests in due course (ServiceNow tool) -Duties include systems analysis techniques and procedures| including consulting with users| to determine| software| hardware or system functional specifications. -MonthlyWeeklyDaily Reporting( internal and Client). -Attending Meetings| trainings.
Qualifications: -Previous experience working in Local IT support or Service Desk Helpdesk -Previous experience in Managingvleading support team. -Good knowledge of end client IT infrastructure (personal computers) -Good knowledge of Microsoft software -Very good knowledge of MS Excel -Basic knowledge and understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure -Ability to work on ticketing system (ServiceNow is nice to have) -Strong ability to follow processes and/or apply common sense workarounds to ensure team success -Strong ability to work effectively and prioritize in urgent work situations -Leading experience in asset management field (nice to have) -Confident| professional and courteous when dealing directly with clients -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to work under pressure. -Positive| proactive and can-do attitude. |
