Role Description:
F5 Load Balancer
• Design, configure, and manage F5 LTM, GTM, ASM/APM modules.
• Create and optimize virtual servers, pools, monitors, and iRules.
• Perform SSL/TLS certificate management, including CSR generation and certificate renewal.
• Troubleshoot load-balancing issues related to HTTP/S, TCP, UDP, and application delivery.
• Implement traffic steering, persistence profiles, and health monitoring for high availability.
Palo Alto Firewall
• Configure and maintain Palo Alto NGFWs, Panorama, and security policies.
• Manage App-ID, User-ID, Threat Prevention, URL filtering, and WildFire.
• Create and optimize NAT, security rules, and zone-based segmentation.
• Perform firewall upgrades, HA configuration, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Support incident response by analyzing logs, detecting threats, and implementing mitigation steps.
Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure)
• Manage Cisco ACI fabric including APIC policies, tenants, VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs, Contracts, and L3Out.
• Implement ACI multipod, VMM integration (VMware/Hyper-V), and fabric access policies.
• Perform fabric upgrades, backups, and routine health checks.
• Troubleshoot endpoint learning, contract issues, and fabric connectivity.
• Integrate ACI with firewalls/load balancers for automated service chaining.
Cisco Nexus Routing & Switching
• Configure and support Cisco Nexus 7K/5K/3K/9K switches.
• Manage VPC, VXLAN EVPN, OSPF, BGP, HSRP/VRRP, Multicast.
• Perform data center network design, trunking, VLAN segmentation, and routing optimization.
• Execute firmware upgrades, migration activities, and root-cause analysis for network issues.
• Ensure compliance with security and change-management standards (ITIL).
