| Job Description: | Role Descriptions: - Windows server administration including Active Directory| SCCM enterprise patching| OSApplication patch installation debugging and application level issue and troubleshooting.- Good working knowledge of windows powershell and Linux shell scripting.- Able to perform activities related to Linux Administration as required.- Knowledge of Database Administration and its concepts such as backups and restoration required for application related maintenance.- Able to work on decommissioning of End of Life (EOL) machines within the environment.- Analyze the application system logs for failed application installations and for applications causing performance issues reported as part of the incident and problem tickets and drive them towards resolution.- Collaborate with other application vendor teams as per the requirement.- Must be able to work on ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and document the root cause analysis for incidents change requests problem management.- Able to work on virtual machines via Citrix Nutanix.- Knowledge of Dynatrace or other observability platform would be an added advantage. |
