Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Product Analyst Responsibilities

· Collaborate with Product Managers to define requirements for ARC application.

· Translate business rules (rebate structures, chargebacks, contract terms) into functional specifications.

· Analyze large datasets related to pricing, contracting, and payer/provider performance.

· Assist development team to develop dashboards and reports to monitor contract KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.

· Engage stakeholders across Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, Payer and Provider to gather feedback and ensure alignment.

SQA Responsibilities

· Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for ARC application.

· Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing to validate application features.

· Ensure data accuracy and compliance with pharma contracting regulations.

· Document defects, track resolution, and maintain quality standards throughout the SDLC.

· Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.

· Experience:

o 8–12 years in product analysis or SQA, preferably in Pharma or Healthcare.

o Familiarity with Market Access, contracting processes, and rebate programs.

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (QlikSense, Power BI).

o Experience with QA tools (e.g., Jira, Selenium).

o Understanding data modeling and compliance reporting.

· Soft Skills:

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

· Exposure to pharmaceutical contracting systems, chargeback processing, and payer/provider agreements.

· Knowledge of predictive analytics and value-based contracting models.
