| Job Description: |
Manage Merchandise Hierarchy, including creation of merchandise category hierarchies and assignment or reassignment of articles.
Manage ERP product data, including article logistics data, sellable unit configuration (pack size), POS sales data, product expiry, and supplier changes.
Measure and manage product delivery performance.
Oversee digital enrichment activities, including supplier-initiated enrichment, internal enrichment, and acquisition of product line information and data syndication opportunities.
Support new product launches, as required.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including Buyers.
Ensure SLA and KPI adherence across operational activities.
Handle team management responsibilities, including training, motivation, and knowledge transfer to TCS associates.
Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Monitor delivery quality, exception handling, and operational performance.
Identify and manage potential risks.
Review and monitor all market research activities.
Essential Skills
Strong understanding of Merchandising, Product Management, and upstream and downstream business processes.
Experience working with ERP product data and merchandise hierarchy structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to product and performance management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly absorb complex processes and effectively train team members.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Proven team-handling capabilities, including coaching and motivation.
Ability to manage priorities while maintaining SLA and KPI commitments.
