Role Descriptions: We are seeking a Decision QA  Automation Engineer to ensure the quality| correctness| and reliability of the NBA Decision Engine| which determines the most appropriate Next Best Action using rules| data signals| and ML outputs. This role focuses on building automated test frameworks for decision logic| eligibility rules| and APIs implemented in Node.js andor Python| validating decision outcomes across multiple scenarios| and testing integrations with state machines| action libraries| and ML services. The ideal candidate has strong experience with API and backend test automation (e.g.| pytest| Postman| REST-assured| or equivalent)| test data management| and CICD integration| with an understanding of decision explainability| edge cases| and regression testing in regulated environments. The engineer will collaborate closely with backend| rules| data| and ML teams to embed automated quality gates and ensure decisioning behavior is consistent| auditable| and production-ready at scale.
