Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
• Hands on experience in testing tools like HP ALM, HP PC, HP UFT.
• Hands on experience in various testing like integration / regression / stop watch.
• Worked in both SAP and Non SAP platforms.
• Defect Management system.
• Knowledge / Hands on experience in Automation test tools and Performance test tools are preferable.
• Prepare test documents like test plan, test summary report, test scripts, audit compliances.
• Work in HP ALM test tool (All the test activities to be maintained in HP ALM).
Good-to-Have
• Additional Responsibilities (Preferred) Automation test ( any tool )
• Performance test ( any tool).
• Knowledge / Hands on experience in Dev Ops / Agile methodologies.
• Understand and ready to work on SAP / Non SAP platforms.
• Requirement gathering and identifying test scope, test requirement document preparation
• Work with different functional teams for enhancements / projects
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 The associate will be responsible for understanding the test requirements of the customer / Project.
2 Associate require to identify appropriate testing methods like system test / Integration test / regression test / performance test and recommend customers regarding the test requirement
3 Associate is also responsible for creating test plan, writing test scripts, providing guidance to users during UAT, test summary report preparation.
4 Communicate with customer/project and understand the scope of test. |
