Role Descriptions: A Senior Data Engineer to architect| develop| and manage scalable data pipelines and models supporting the Action Librarythe core platform for overseeing Next Best Action (NBA) definitions| eligibility criteria| constraints| and performance analytics. This position emphasizes constructing Python- and SQL-based pipelines leveraging SparkDatabricks| modeling versioned action and reference data within Delta Lake| and integrating both batch and near real-time data flows with backend systems and decision engines through Kafka or comparable event streaming technologies. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience with cloud-based data platforms (such as AWS| Azure| or GCP)| data orchestration solutions (including Airflow or Prefect)| and best practices in data quality and observability. Familiarity with schema evolution| backward compatibility| and governance for shared data products is essential. This role requires close collaboration with backend| product| and analytics teams to ensure action data is accurate| well-governed| and scalable. Experience working within regulated or healthcare environments is considered
