| Job Description: |
- 5+ years of experience with MS Access, VBA, and SQL Server development and support. (MUST Have hands-on development knowledge of VBA and MS Access)
- Strong SQL Server expertise including stored procedures, performance tuning, indexing, and data modeling.
- Experience documenting legacy systems and reverse engineering both database and application logic.
- Ability to quickly interpret and simplify complex VBA and Access form structures.
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and migration considerations.
