Job Summary We are seeking a Sr Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience in AWS Machine Learning, Machine Learning, Databricks Delta Lake, ML observability, MLFlow, ML Ops, and Data Science. The role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on developing and optimizing machine learning models. The candidate will contribute to innovative solutions that drive business success and societal impact.

Responsibilities - Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems and enhance decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems and workflows. Utilize AWS Machine Learning services to design scalable and efficient models that meet business requirements. Oversee the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models using ML Ops practices to ensure reliability and performance. Leverage Databricks Delta Lake for data processing and management to support machine learning initiatives. Implement ML observability practices to track model performance and ensure continuous improvement. Use MLFlow to manage the machine learning lifecycle, including experimentation, reproducibility, and deployment. Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to enhance model accuracy and effectiveness. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science to incorporate cutting-edge techniques into projects. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations while handling sensitive information. Document processes and methodologies to maintain transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Contribute to the companys mission by developing solutions that positively impact society and drive business growth. Qualifications Possess a strong background in AWS Machine Learning and Machine Learning with proven experience in deploying models. Demonstrate expertise in Databricks Delta Lake and ML observability to support data-driven decision-making. Exhibit proficiency in MLFlow and ML Ops to manage the machine learning lifecycle effectively. Have a solid understanding of data science principles and practices to drive innovation and efficiency. Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. Display strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
