Job Title: TrackWise Developer / Configuration Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a skilled TrackWise Developer/Configuration Specialist responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting TrackWise applications. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze requirements, implementing solutions, and ensuring smooth SDLC execution. [hr align="center" size="1" width="100%"] Key Responsibilities - Configure and develop solutions within the TrackWise application based on business requirements.
- Design and implement Java-based integrations using SOAP and REST web services.
- Manage and contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including:
- User Requirements
- System Design
- Development
- Testing (System & UAT support)
- Perform business requirement analysis, impact assessment, and risk evaluation.
- Develop and optimize database queries using SQL/MySQL.
- Integrate TrackWise with external systems and applications.
- Review configurations, technical designs, and test scripts to ensure quality and compliance.
- Support issue resolution during implementation and post-deployment phases.
- Manage and deliver Jira stories end-to-end, ensuring timely completion.
- Participate in client calls, providing clear communication and technical insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide ongoing support.
- Be flexible to work in shifts as per business requirements.

- Proficiency in Java programming
- Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST web services
- Good understanding of SQL/MySQL databases
- Experience with system integration and external interfaces
- Solid knowledge of SDLC methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira or similar Agile tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
