Job Title: TrackWise Developer / Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled TrackWise Developer/Configuration Specialist responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting TrackWise applications. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze requirements, implementing solutions, and ensuring smooth SDLC execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and develop solutions within the TrackWise application based on business requirements.
  • Design and implement Java-based integrations using SOAP and REST web services.
  • Manage and contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including:
    • User Requirements
    • System Design
    • Development
    • Testing (System & UAT support)
  • Perform business requirement analysis, impact assessment, and risk evaluation.
  • Develop and optimize database queries using SQL/MySQL.
  • Integrate TrackWise with external systems and applications.
  • Review configurations, technical designs, and test scripts to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Support issue resolution during implementation and post-deployment phases.
  • Manage and deliver Jira stories end-to-end, ensuring timely completion.
  • Participate in client calls, providing clear communication and technical insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide ongoing support.
  • Be flexible to work in shifts as per business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in TrackWise configuration and development
  • Proficiency in Java programming
  • Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST web services
  • Good understanding of SQL/MySQL databases
  • Experience with system integration and external interfaces
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC methodologies
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar Agile tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Life Sciences / Quality Management Systems (QMS) domain
  • Prior experience with TrackWise Digital or similar platforms
