Job Description:

MES Validation, Testing & Quality Assurance

• Test Strategy & Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases

for MES, SCADA, and Industry 4.0 applications, ensuring alignment with business, operational, and technical

requirements.

• Manufacturing Process Validation: Validate end-to-end manufacturing workflows including production tracking,

OEE monitoring, downtime management, traceability, genealogy, work order execution, recipe management, and

shopfloor reporting.

• Data Integrity & Business Rule Verification: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of

manufacturing data across shopfloor systems, MES applications, historians, databases, and enterprise platforms.

• Comprehensive Test Execution: Perform Functional, System, Integration, Regression, Performance, and User

Acceptance Testing (UAT) across MES, SCADA, and Industry 4.0 applications.

• Standards & Compliance Validation: Verify compliance with ISA-95, ISA-88, GAMP5, and Industry 4.0 standards

throughout solution development, deployment, and validation lifecycles.

Machine Connectivity & Integration Testing

• PLC & Equipment Connectivity Validation: Verify machine connectivity and data acquisition from Siemens,

Rockwell, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, and other industrial control systems, ensuring reliable communication

between equipment and digital applications.

• Industrial Protocols Testing: Validate communication and data exchange across OPC-UA, OPC-DA, MQTT,

Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, and Profinet networks to ensure robust and secure shopfloor connectivity. Validate

communication across industry-standard manufacturing protocols including Euromap63, Euromap77, and

MTConnect where applicable.

• Kepware & Edge Connectivity Validation: Test Kepware server configurations, tag quality, data refresh rates,

communication resilience, and end-to-end PLC-to-MES data flows.
