Tidal Administrator roles focus on installing, configuring, and maintaining the Tidal Enterprise Scheduler (Cisco Workload Automation) to manage complex batch operations, job scheduling, and troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include creating job dependencies, managing calendars, ensuring SLA compliance, performing upgrades, and creating documentation such as SOPs and runbooks. Roles & Responsibility • Total Experience: 5-8 yrs. of exp as Tidal Administrator. • Administration & Maintenance: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Tidal environments to ensure optimal performance and high availability. • Job Management: Create, monitor, and troubleshoot Tidal jobs, job groups, and workflows, managing complex dependencies, including Windows, UNIX, SAP, and Informatica jobs. • Incident Resolution: Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, job failures, and Priority 1 (P1) incidents. • Documentation & Standards: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and runbooks. • Security & Compliance: Setup user accounts, permissions, and agent security. • Excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within and outside the organization. • Strong knowledge of standard hardware & software configurations, preferred. • Demonstrates skill, knowledge and understanding of company, products, job duties, and appropriate work methods. |
