| Job Description: |
• Production Support & Monitoring: Actively monitor OIC integration flows (scheduled and real-time) to ensure smooth daily operations. • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Investigate, debug, and resolve complex integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and data mapping errors. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent reoccurrence. • Maintenance & Enhancement: Maintain, update, and optimize existing OIC integrations (App Driven, Scheduled, File-based, REST/SOAP, FTP, DB adapters). Implement enhancements or changes (Change Requests) to existing integrations. • Incident & Change Management: Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) while strictly adhering to SLAs. • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including runbooks, technical design documents, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs. • Collaboration: Coordinate with Oracle Functional Teams, Business Analysts, and third-party vendors for issue resolution
