· SAP EWM consultant to provide strong technical expertise and perform configuration in SAP Material Management and SAP eWarehouse Management (EWM) and SAP Inventory Management (IM) modules of SAP.
· Should have working knowledge of Inbound and outbound processing with embedded environment
· Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM systems.
· Work on incidents based on priorities P1/P2/P3/P4 and provide solutions as per SLAs
· Assist in the integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules.
· Work on service requests and change requests
· Should have some hands-on experience working with service now ticketing tool |
